The Swansea Park proposal is in-progress development concept created for the Swansea Mews, the Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) site located in the west-end neighbourhood of Swansea. Created by David Peterson Architect, a Toronto-based architectural practice with nearly 20 years of experience in housing projects, the proposal serves as a environment and community-focused conceptual framework for future developments in the neighbhourhood that balances social, ecological, and functional concerns.
